    I really wish I hadn't had that wine last night as I now have a headache coming on:(

    Now off to get washed & dressed , then take the kids and dog for a walk. Hopefully that will clear my head :)

    although in pain had a LBM yesterday to start a veggie patch and OUCH hip, back PAINFULL
