money froud compensation amount

Can any one tell me how much should I ask for as a compensation for money stolen from my saving account by one of bank's employee? In November I found out that more than £16 000 was stolen from my account. Bank admitted that all transactions were made inside bank's system by one of their employee (and, unfortunately a "friend" of mine). That person escaped from UK before fraud revealed. Bank gave me money back, but I have asked for compensation for all I have been trough: hours spend on police station, money spend on calls and on top of that enormous emotional distress! Now they want me to tell them how much I want? I have no idea what figure should I propose. Can anyone help me please?
