    well dh has come home taken the knitting machine apart, wd40'd everything and given it a good clean now all the dials work and the knitter bit glides over the needles, just need to wait till its clamped to the table to have a propor go :)

    Well I decided to get off my butt and went running, there were only 6 of us there (I think they'd looked at the route beforehand :eek:)

    It was an 8 and a half mile route with a couple of biiiiiiiig hills in there!
