Help Urgently Needed!! - Urban Outfitters delivery issue!

Hi there, I'm new to this forum so please be nice 
Basically I ordered 2 items from Urban Outfitters online on 7/2/10 and they still haven't arrived and I do not know what to do...weirdly enough an item in a separate order made on the 8/2/10 arrived on time, so I have a feeling Royal Mail have lost my items!
The items I ordered are supposedly 'trackable' on the Royal Mail website, but every time I check, it tells me to 'Come back later' and 'The sender has advised us that item FF077269329GB will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2010-02-08.' But if this was true, surely it would be here by now!?
I have sent 2 e-mails to Urban Outfitters, and despite the fact that they claim that they reply within 24hours this has not been the case for me - all I've received is a lame e-mail telling me they are super busy and to wait for a reply.
I'm confused and frustrated, as I have paid quite a lot for these items and they have simply not arrived...! Any advice would be very welcome!
