Please Give some advice

I got myself into alot of debt when i was younger as in i took out some loans and a credit cards etc... I built up a total of about 18grand. I got in contact with a company called BDO who then made me sign a bankruptcy type form (sequestration). I have since moved house a few times and have not heard from this company although i have emailed them etc! I was wondering how i find out what creditors i am still owe and how i can clear my debt so i can build up my credit report as i cant get credit at the moment. I have tried these free credit checks but they wont let me get my free trial because i cant fill in the details with a normal bank card details,they are asking for a credit or visa card details.
All i want to do is find out my creditors so i can clear my bad name and finally feel good about myslef when my debt is clear and build up my credit rating.
Can anyone suggest or advice me on what to do?
