Sorry but I've had weird stuff happening to my e-mails. Should be OK now.

If anyone's wondering why I haven't replied to an email, it's probably because it went into the ether. I had to reenter a password (why exactly?) and then 48 messages flopped into my in box.

I bet that's what it's like to be popular. Or when you've bought Viagra online. (Tried that stuff... couldn't swallow it completely and had a stiff neck all weekend.)

Mike - I thought the one show was generally on from 7pm to 7.30 pm on BBBC one? sometimes Thurs/Fri it's on from 7pm to 8pm but 6.55? is this so everyone can get in prime viewing positions ready for 7pm to sit there and wait until almost the end of the show for your 5 minutes of fame?
Anyway best of luck - I will have to watch on iplayer I think.

Its official start time is normally 6.58 actually to mop up spare time from regional news programmes. If you set your recorder for 7 you may miss the opening remarks.

I thought 6.58 sounded poncy so 6.55 was my compromise. I'll be 'letting the set warm up' from around 4.02!

Mike - I kind of missread your post and thought you were talking about a walm up set - like a dj before the main dj type thing! Lol. Who's the warm up act then? Is there a buffet we can munch on while watching your debut?

Like I didn't see this coming!.......Sky just phoned, can't install today as the guys off sick! That's the second installation date with no installation!

Here's hoping...I've told them my current services are to be disconnected on 30.3.10 so they have now booked the installation for Monday!!

Now I know I can still catch the show later BUT I'll be behind .....again!!
Also, the thought of no services if they don't install on Monday will mean DS will be...:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:...!!!!!

Due to financial constraints, the warm-up act is just me making things on sticks for the buffet (rather a grand word for what's being planned. Is a Pringle a buffet? Little chipolatas. I'm calling them 'Builder's Fingers'.

Believe me, I was all for calling them something much less polite...
