    We like coincidences, don't we?

Here's one of a few that seem to be happening...

I used to do loads of work for a guy. I had to tell him when I got depressed a while back and we agreed I'd let him know when I was back begging for jobs. I haven't spoken to him for nearly a year. I didn't even know if his agency was still going.

I handed over the first bit of 'work' (just a design exercise) I'd played around with for about a year to the client this morning. (All seems to have gone down a storm by the way!)

And then within an hour who should ring...!

    That's just weird.

PS I'm not charging either of them anything for these ideas.

PPS I'm OK with the first stuff I did but I am really scared about not being able to do the second thing well enough. It's like when I first got depressed - so hard to actually sit down and start. It's all come back to me. This is going to be a real challenge.

hmmm this is proper scary stuff - all jokes aside its really really hard to find the strength to pick up something when ur maybe lacking in confidence and are scared you won't see it through. I have a few t shirts! but you know what right now I think the time is right for you for a bit of a challenge. Its pretty damm scary but i have this feeling you will make it, i see a new determination (cos i've known you now for like 50plus pages innit) and you have a huge sounding board for support. We can't always offer any practical advice but you now that we are ALL behind you every tiny step of the way and sometimes this little online community will be enough to keep you going - and if you !!!!!! it up.......we don't care we'll just pick you up and make you start all over again :D xx

well i would but i'm not really old enough to qualify for shoe living unfortuantly so I think i'm gonna have to patch up the leaks etc and spend a bit more time getting organised instead of thinking about getting organised.........

i don't think so i think they'd rather share than have tiny rooms i've kinda solved the problem by squeezing my bed into the smallest room and shifting the troublesome twins into my room ;-) and i've done my front room out for the oldest lovely teenager and he tolerates sharing it with a piano and me kicking him out every now and again to teach in there! could be a lot worse we just have too much stuff really ;-)
