Natwest Bank Charges

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I recieved a letter a few weeks back now basically telling me that after all this waiting i have been turned down for my bank charges back and they believe they are fair and if they dont hear nothing with in 8 weeks the case is closed what shall i do now ? Except my losses ?

    You do not have to accept your losses just yet but you can no longer argue price with regards to the charges.

    what should be my next step then as i only have a few weeks to do something about this before my complaint is closed .

    Wait and see what Martin comes up with in the next couple of weeks on this website. If that is too close to your eight week deadline then wing a letter to the bank saying alot but not very little blah blah blah - buy some time....
