how long for blackhorse to pay up?

hello ther, i successfully argued my ppi ins misselling with blackhorse and on 20th jan they agreed to refund me plus interest at 8%,they said they would cancel the ppi and adjust my loan payments deducting the amount i pay for ins each month,my payment came out on mon 15th feb and hasnt changed from before so they havent recalculated it yet,is their a time limit on how long they have to refund you after agreeing to do so?

Hi there

I would give them a ring on this to ask when they are supposed to be dealing with it, because whatever ppi was paid from that payment they taken they need to refund you on that as well.
However, on signing and accepting it may take at least a month for them to sort this out, but ring them for ease of mind anyway.
