I asked barclays for a list of all my charges they told me they would send them to me, even though I was first with the woolwich for many years, I told them that I wanted the woolwich ones aswell and they assured me that they would provide them but it would take a little longer to get the woolwich ones, this was 3 months ago and to date I have recieved only the barclays ones from 2007 to 2009 ( 3 exact matching copies, I might add), I have phoned them and now they say that they dont keep any of my data from the woolwich and that I cant have it. Is this the case or are barclays fobbing me off yet again.

You need to chase them up and state that they have not complied with your request. They are lying on not keeping that data by the way.

The don't exist apart from their mortgage arm as Barclays converted ALL personal accounts into Barclays accounts. Barclays DPA team told me that they look for Woolwich accounts when they do a SAR so clearly someone is not doing their job in their department.
