Beware of buying from Xpertron.
I ordered an EZ Flash card on the 4th Feb. Eight days later it was still showing as pending so I emailed them through their website asking when it was likely to be dispatched. Three emails later still no response at all! Despite their claim to respond within twelve hours....
Tried calling them several times, phone rings once then goes to engaged tone.
Paid via paypal as it's meant to be protected. I've esculated the claim and now have to wait until the 25th February for a decision from paypal unless Xpertron actually does something. Somehow I doubt they will. I guess it'll be the small online claims court if paypal don't get me my money back.
So if anyone is considering using them, think twice and get protection for your transaction.

Amazing.... Just checked my 'order' on their website for the hundredth time and surprise surprise it's showing as completed. Will it turn up???
Still no correspondence from them. They haven't responded to paypal either.

Final update. Lost my money!!! The rest of the order never arrived - not shocked. Paypal protection is a con! Apparently if you pay via paypal and you receive part of the order you are not protected under their terms and conditions.... So after ordering two items from Xpertron, I received the sd card at £9.50. The EZ flash card at £24.50 never turned up. Paypal don't give a stuff, that ended up costing me the price of an international call and great stress.
So buyers please be aware. Xpertron are a scam company and paypal DOES NOT give you the buyer protection it states it does. Read the terms and conditions (I didn't - my own stupidity). Oh and by all accounts, Paypals t & c's change on a very regualr basis....0 -
I agree I purchased a TTDS DSTT card from xpertron and it turned out to be fake. I asked for a refund but still nothing!! Steer clear.0
