After being messed about by dreams they deliver an extra 2 bed by mistake.

I boought a super king sized bed for myself and my wife, also 3 single beds for our children from dreams in the January sales. When it came to delivery they really messed us about, constantly changing delivery dates a day before, then when they did delivery they were one single bed short and the draws were damaged. They agreed to deliver the final bed in a week which turned out to be two weeks, when the final bed arrived they delivered 3 single beds which i gladly accepted so in total i had 5 single beds.

Whilst waiting for the delivery i was constantly on the phone to there customer services who did there utmost to be as unhelpful as possible. They agreed that once all the delivery is sorted they will arrange for some vouchers as compensation.

The draws were forgotten and never arrived, we called and were told they were not in stock and when they arrive they'll call us. Two weeks later we got a call not because the draws were in stock but because they want the 2 extra beds back.

My response was short and blunt in that they did there utmost to be as unhelpful when we needed them and now i will be unhelpful to them and havent got time to wait for them to pick the beds up. When i asked about the damaged draws i was told "what draws?" I then hung up saying i was busy.

I'm not too fussed about the vouchers but would like the draw replaced, can i hold the beds until they replace the draws? and as the extra beds were mistakenly delivered by them can they legally demand them from me? If i did say i'm not returning the beds and keeping them as compensation what could they do?
