need quick help on a loan ( payday loan)

    thankfully ive got lifts to work til payday! walked back today but its only 3 miles i can handle that
    the gambling was just daft online boredom stuff, not so fun when i noticed how much id wasted though
    looks like a fried/girlfriend loan would be safer than anything else for now
    hate involving other people into my mess
  • mate if you're 350 over your agreed o/d and you only used 120 on gambling then it doesn't take carol vorderman to figure that doesn't add up!

    Forget explaining to people, ive got mates that have no probs in saying 'Niddy lend me £50 til payday' - I don't care what for and nor do I need an explanation, i'll just say ok and withdraw it for him, not a problem. No explaining required - mates don't need an explanation!

    Just say to a mate i'm skint, can you sub me £50 til payday and they will be fine!

    Niddy what would you do if the mate you borrowed £50 to tried to make the debt unenforceable , under section 2 para 4.2 of the CCA.

    But the honest answer, i'd smack them in the mouth and then let them keep it. Sorry, you cannot confuse friendship loans with lenders. ;)
