Banks back down on charges!!

On radio 4 today,the moneybox programe at 12 o'clock.

I didn't hear the programme on bbc, but i understand one of the banks was going to take a case to the mercantile court and then backed down (paying out) at the last moment. If anyone has any more information, it would be most welcome as this obviously affects anyone (like myself) trying to claim back their illegal charges
