Friday 26th May 2010...in short...after a million reschedulings, visa countdowns, flights, tears, tantrums and too many Skype conversation to count, our wedding is now 9 days away! lol

My Big Day has...changed!! Had booked for 10th September only to find out a couple of weeks ago that its a Chester Races weekend and that means nightmare parking, double prices and many, many inebriated race-goers stumbling around Chester most of the day and night (the church is right in the middle of Chester) :eek:

Happily vicar still has the Friday before available so now booked for the 3rd September. Still kicking ourselves for not checking before we booked about the race meetings

ive got a viewing booked at a venue next week http://www.tintohotel.co.uk/ (not great site) where i won a competition for a cheaper venue well they seem to be doing it about cost price to try and restart the trade. the place has good reviews but is about an hour away (a problem without a car) and id need to put on a bus but im baisically only paying for the honeymoon suit for a night and the drinks before breaking even. its anytime until 2012 but i dont know where id have the ceremony.

but all the same really excited about going!! thanks hayley
