Looking at all the dates, I am surprised how popular May, October and November are. And how unpopular July is ..... I wonder if that is because it is an MSE site??!!!! (ie months outside the popular wedding months are less expensive - I am presuming this is the case anyway?!!). I can definitely see the advantages now of not having a midsummers wedding although was convinced previousy this is what I wanted.

We picked October because as well as being cheaper, its nearly always dry. There is a site you can check the weather over the years (someone posted it here ages ago) and it had not rained for over 10 years on 'our' day (I've probably jinxed it now :rotfl:)
