Right, after the jolly japes from Mr Brown And Mr B:D, another graph for ya. As we can see even at the peak of this dubious house price recovery, approvals for house purchases are still lower than at any time since 1997. Funny that this isn't explained when the media/government have been spouting about house prices rises in the last 12 months isn't it ?
Normal housing market anyone ?
