in Credit cards
hi there,
i am flying out to nyc in the next few days and just wanted to ask any nationwiders who have used there n/w cards in the us a quick question.
when you with draw cash from a us cash machine using a uk nationwide card debit or credit does it tell you how much funds you have or is it a case of guessing how much?
its just that i have put my spending money in and would like to check to see if i am overspending or not?
many thanks ,
m.

No, If you go anywhere outside of the UK there is no way of telling your balance on an ATM as they use different networks. You could set up Online banking with Nationwide and keep track that way. There is an EasyInternet Cafe on 42nd St. One thing to be aware of is that transactions done overseas may take a couple of days to show up online.0 -

If you mean you have put your nationwide card into credit then you should be aware that this money is uninsured.
If you card is stolen the you will lose your money.
Nationwide only insure THEIR losses.
They do not insure you losing your own money.0 -
