Need help understanding Direct Debits

OK, to cut a long story short I need to set up 3 direct debits to one of my accounts so that I can get a £100 introductory offer. So, how do I go about setting up 3 Direct Debits with the smallest amount possible debited from my account? These 3 direct debits need to be debited from my account for the next 3 consequetive months to get the offer.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Radio Times currently has 8 issues for £1, paid by direct debit. Remember to cancel before they take the next payment.

Paypal is probably best one as you wont actually have to spend any money, just set the DD up with them and leave it

Failing that most BBC magazines will offer a free trial for £1, as someone else already suggested radio times, but there are others

If you play the lottery, you could do it online with a DD subscription too
  • I set up small direct debit regular payments to existing online savings accounts to meet obligations on my Citibank account.
