Marshall Ward Cancelled My Order After I Complained

I ordered a garden furniture set from Marshall Ward 3 weeks ago with a 2 week quoted delivery time.
After 1.5 weeks the courier still had not been in touch to arrange a date so I called them & they said they will contact the courier.
Every other day I either called or email Marshall Ward to find out what was taking so long.
Now three weeks later I finally got fed up & said if the courier has not contacted me by Monday to arrange delivery then I will be ordering elsewere & sending Marshall Ward the bill as they had my money for 3 weeks but I had no furniture.
Lo and behold straight away I get an email telling me my order has been returned by the courier, they have credited my Marshall Ward account & they are out of stock & can't resend.
This has really made me furious! I chase them so many times by phone & email, then when I complain they cancel!
I could have got something in the Tesco sale but now that's over I have to pay more money for something not as good
Never again Marshall Ward.
