Amazing Miles Card in the US, One like it in the UK??

Heard about this card in the US, the deal for air miles is amazing and so much better than anything i've seen on the site.

Citibank Premier Pass Elite. (just google it)

The major thing about the card is this, for every dollar you spend you get 1-2 points (depending on where its spent). About 25.000 points for a domestic US flight.
But then when you do fly, you get one point for every mile you fly! Meaning you rack up you're air miles.

Is there a Uk equivalent? Or is there a way to get this US card in the UK?

The only thing that springs to mind is the LTSB air miles duo card - although many airlines based in the UK have affiliated cards.
