Hi
We have knocked a wall down to create a fab kitchen diner. So I have two questions
1. We had all the walls skimmed but were unable to mist coat before kitchen units were fitted so rather than doing x2 mist coats and coat of kitchen paint. Could I use x1 coat of plaster sealer then kitchen paint?
2. We are thinking of laying laminate tile effect flooring but half the room is concrete the other half is floorboards. Im worried that the laminate wont sit right on the two types of floor, what are people think?
Thankd

For newly platered walls you normally apply 1 Mist Coat and 2 Full coats. Even with the units up you can still do this.
Laminating between 2 different subfloors is not a problem provided that they are the same level. If one is higher thanj the other, then you need to do something to make them both the same level.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
