Hi all
I have a Debenhams store card that I would like to reclaim some charges back on. The card was originally held with GE Capital but now has moved over to Santandar. Please could someone let me know which bank I should be writing too?
Thank you:)

If Santander own the card then it is them that you write to.0 -

Think you may have used the wrong word there.
My misses has a Debs card on which she's paid a fortune in PPI (they call it something else). I tried to get these back for her last year with GE money had no success though. They said that they had rung her to offer this PPI and she had said yes. No phone records or comments on the wifes details saying they'd rung her but the FOS said they were in the right. I'll try and dig the thread out from CAG it may help you.0 -
Hiya,
#
Just to let you know Heidi S that Santander/GE never settle- I ended up going to the FOS for both of my claims! However, I did get my money back, with full contractual interest of 30%!! it took about 3 months start to finish, but don't get disheartened when they say that they will not pay out. Just follow the process xxPay off as much as you can in 2011: £780/£8000Vouchers through surveys/shopandscan: £10/£250Ebay/Paypal target for 2011: £109/£10000
