I need some advice!

I tried to reclaim my bank charges but have been declined due to their being gambling on my account, the thing is the gambling has not been me its been my X partner using my account which i didnt mind at the time but now i cannot claim my charges back under a hardship case because of this! Is there anyway i can get around it? The bank have told me no matter how many times i reapply to them they will straight forward say no all the time no matter how many times i try. Can some one offer me advice?

    Which bank ?

Is the gambling on the account recent ? ie during the period of hardship you are claiming ?

Has your ex been repaying you when he's used your account for gambling ? Have those repayments gone into the account ? Have the gambling transactions caused you to incur charges ?

Nationwide, None of the transations have caused charges, The repayments were always given to me in cash which therefore means i have no proof!

    Yip.

Good to hear he's been repaying you tho you should stop him using your account really now.

The bank will see it as that gambling spend is reducing the balance in your account causing other things to bounce etc causing charges I assume ??
