Dual Fuel - Time to Switch?

When is the best time to switch? And Who to?

Currently with NPower and not tied into any cancellation fees etc. Just on a standard quarterly bill at the moment.

Am I right in thinking a monthly, direct debit, online tariff would work out alot cheaper?

My latest quarterly bill for a 3 bed semi was £400 for Gas....is that alot?!?

Asking if a bill is alot is really hard to answer, it depends on so many things.

But your right - DD Online tariffs do tend to be much cheaper.

Use something like uswitch to compare tariffs - you can put in what you are currently spending or your consumption - Try to go with consumption for a whole year - it will give you the most accurate figures.

This will then give you all the tariffs and what savings you can make.

    Its quite easy to do.

Let me know if you have any trouble
