Please help me decide! Rent/ sell ?!?!

    oh -ok i get you !! Sorry - not good at all at this blinking housing stuff- all i see is its a pile of stress and i want out!!

  • If you can afford to keep the place, keep it. £50 a month is not a big deal if it is not food out of your mouth. Properties are going up now so hold on until the end of this year, if you see that we're are in for another housing dip nearing the end of 2010 then sell, by that time it will be worth a lot more than today. £125K is not a bad price if bought at the peak. Leeds and Manchester punters were being charged £270K for rubbishy 2 bed flats and probably not much less for 1 bed flats. It was a big scam so at £125K you have done really well in such a nice city. DON'T force sell.

    Personally, if it is in a central or coveted location I would never sell.

    it was actually a total steal as it was a repocession and the rest of the block were uo for £145000!!! And it is a really nice flat with parking and easy to get on Motorway ......
