    Can someone please help?

When I was at school (many moons ago) a friend(she was italian) used to bring in a sort of cold spaghetti omelette - it was lush!!!!

Would you know is it a case of just mixing spaghetti and egg then frying, or is it something more complicated?

Doing spag Bol for tea and always cook too much spaghetti so thought it could be a good way of using up leftovers. Also how do you store leftover spaghetti/pasta.

    Many thanks
  • never heard of it but it sounds lush& I too always have loads of pasta left over

quick google found this (and plenty of others) not sure how authentic it is to the one your friend used to have - might try it later in the week though

I too had a look at google before posting on here, but I can't remember there being anything else in there except spaghetti and egg but then again it was just over 20 years ago.

Thank you for all your suggestions, I currently have one cooling in the kitchen.

I mixed eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper together added some spaghetti and fried, tastes ok warm hopefully it will taste just as good cold.

Kids have given it the thumbs up - another thing for lunch boxes.

Toss it in a little oil (any kind) then it won't all stick together:)

I don't like eating food with to many additives in it,
And I stopped eating alphabetti spaghetti when i realised how many E s it had in it.

You fry one side and grill the other and alternate the pan from grill to heat until it is cooked, it is not an omelette if you turn it over, its a lump of flat fried egg.
