My wife and her parents both sold our homes to buy 1 home for all too live in, we have a msmall mortgage, they don't.
the house is in tennents in common 50/50 each family. it was bought witha large room to be converted for dissable access but not happened so all liviing in 1 house.
due to incompatabilty with mother in law things have gone totaly pear shaped with arguements over the smallest of things.
we do not want to sell the house, but they now do.
they are saying they want to rent out there part?
or they want us too buy them out? we do not have this type of money.
they have tried to push both me and my son to physical contact too no avail, so situation is quite dire.
can they get out of the tennents in common?
do both families have too agree too selling?
can one family dissolve the tennats in common agreement forcing other family to buy share?
anyones help would be gratefull
