Moneycorp Prepaid Mastercard

Has anyone else had problems with loading money onto the Moneycorp Prepaid Mastercard and have they had any positive information from the issuers regarding the matter? I haven't been able to load it since the end of December and their customer service department will only say that online loading has been suspended due to a security problem and there is no information as to when the facility will be reintroduced. As the only way to load the card is via their website this makes the card absolutely useless! :mad:
