How Long?

Hi ya,

Just wondeed if anyone has applied for a Santander balance transfer credit card? I am already a customer and did an online application for a credit card with balance transfers. I did this on the 4th of February and havent heard anything back yet at all? Not even a decline letter?

Just wondered what your experiences with this have been so far?

For what people have been saying on this site, Santander have a very poor customer service and some people have been waiting weeks before getting anywhere. Have you try to call them?

Thanks so much for your reply.
I have not called as of yet as I wasnt sure if I would get very far with that. I have found with all banks that fob you off about it being in process etc etc.
