You'll need planning permission for a new window, I think. You'll need Building Regs approval for new pipework and electrics, plus a Part P Certificate for any electrics in a bathroom.0

Why not speak to the planning department at your local council?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

You will need building regs approval for the creation of a new room, including ventilation and accoustic insulation from adjoining room, etc. Apart from the window, planning should not be an issue.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

You may or may not need planning approval for the new window, (assuming its a residential property) it may be covered by permitted development rights.0

Unless there is a condition on a previous planning permission restricting the insertion of additional windows (more likely on side elevations), then planning permission would not be required.0 -
