I ordered venetian blinds for my house on 25th January and on the website, you had to click to accept their terms and conditions before you could order. Most of this centred around ensuring you got your measurements right etc so thought nothing of it.
After 2 weeks, as I had heard nothing except for the initial order confirmation, I tried to contact the company. I found that the only way to do this was by using the "contact us" facility, quoting my order ref number.
They responded via email to say the goods were being delivered via City Link and would arrive on 11th Feb.
To cut the story short, they never arrived until last night (15th) and only half of the blinds turned up (supplier's problem - not City Link).
You would have thought that in these situations, they would at least be able to deal with this over the phone but NO - all enquiries must be via the web contact route! ("You accepted the terms and conditions")
I am still waiting for any feedback as to where the rest of my blinds are and when they will be delivered!
I for one will not be dealing with this suppier again!
