    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Morning all. Lou, hope you get your results soon.

    I'm supposed to be catching the train to Scarborough later so we can bring back sister's car, but I think I might try and put it off till tomorrow, I need to think of an excuse though.

    Any of you with cross trainers/treadmills...I need some help....I want to save up for one or the other but I don't know which is best....I used to walk around 20/40 miles a week before DH had his accident and I really miss it....I need something I can do at home...so which is best? Any ideas?

    Why can't your sister go get her own car? Have I missed something?

    I would say treadmill unless you have joint problems in which case cross trainer as it is low impact...
