Lou - what a pain! I bet you're hitting that refresh button every 2 seconds.

I've mananged to get showered and dressed, been to the chemists and got DH back to bed.....my mojo is obviously hiding...I really do need to get going and get cleaning (parental visit on Friday) but the sofa and teapot are fair more attractive.

Luc your food always sounds so scrummy.

Still no results for me for my 2 exams I sat before Christmas which were due by 9am this morning, the site where it says you can also get your results from at 8am this morning has a message stating that all logins are suspended until 9am tomorrow morning:mad:

Last chance to get them today is if they come in the post.

Chicken is dead easy - cut root veg into chunks (I used sweet potato, white potato, carrot and parsnip last time) drizzle with oil and scatter on mustard and cumin seeds (you can use black onion too if you have - anything curryish really) and rummle about to cover all veg then lay chicken portions on top ( I use leg portions or thigh joints because I prefer dark meat) and season them with salt, pepper and garam masala. Bake for around 40 mins until chicken cooked and veggies starting to caramelise.

Mum keps telling me I should write a cook book...

Pants about exams. When Hubbles got his final result he thought he had failed but it turned out there had been a fault with the system and he'd actually passed!

Would think so but the chicken skin probably won't be as crispy...

Luc that does sound yummy. I got all my recipe books out last night and there are soooo many things I want to cook and try. Our meals have got really really boring and DD needs to eat better and a more varied diet. Last night I did cheese Broccoli and it was delish
