Making sure settlement offer is forwarded
Is there anyway of checking or making the IVA people pass your settlement offer on? I get the feeling from the chat with them that they aren't really keen, mainly due to the fact that they won't make as much money I guess? I thought they had to pass offers on or do they decide if is good enough or not?

I thinks its pretty poor really, you rely on the impartiality of the IP, so if your lucky you get a nice one, if not your screwed! (surely don't sound right to me).0
