Do you know these Cornish villages - Tregony and Stithians

Hi all, we are looking to relocate to Cornwall, and have a couple of villages in mind, just wondered if anyone had any local knowledge of Tregony or Stithians, we are going to view next month but any details of what it is like to live in these villages would be great.
Many thanks

  • Stithians is a fine village well located for Truro, Falmouth & Redruth. We have regular but not frequent buses. (Truro - Helston & Camborne - Falmouth) There is a pub right in the village, a school, anglican & methodist churches, good shop with post office, village hall with many activiites, fuel station and general supplies store. Have a look at Stithians Show and Stithians-Cornwall community sites for background. Google them - as I am new I'm not allowed to post links, apparently. :D

Tregony is the other side of Truro and is good for St Austell, Truro & Bodmin. If you will be working avoid having to travel through Truro if at all possible when you make your choice.
