British Gas have stopped working with PayZone.
You can still top up at PayPoint & the Post Office (or if you have the doodah, at home).

Couldn't tell you why they decided to stop, but don't think there are any plans to start again.0

Your current key should work, and they'll send a new gas one.0

Only works on Pay Point Only. We was using the home topup using the USB Card and key Reader but are now unable to as we have WIndows 7 PC's and not XP which these devices dont support

assuming you have a copy of xp.
download and install virtualbox on your win7 and then install xp in virtualbox.
