hi
we are self employed, and successfally relclaimed with the abbey no problem did.nt have to go to the ombudsman, we have another one with the bank of scotland which we sent of the first letter they refused and sent the second letter to them awaiting the reply of them. got the letter ready for the ombudsman, the thing is can i put my points over to the ombudsman, cos i feel this company is lying basicually they are saying things that dont make sense to us didnt think big companies like this can tell lies do they?
anyone had problems would love to know

I do not have any experience BOS, but may others have here and maybe will post up with their experience, however, I'm sure you will do okay here with the FOS.
