Has anybody ever claimed fees back from a catalogue?

My understanding is this is a slam dunk, much like credit cards, which makes the bank charges situation so annoying, the issues are almost identical in that the amount they are charging was taking the pee but they seem to have gotten away with it scot free.

I also eventually got my details of charges and extra care.....written to them and they are not budging one bit.

I have sent off details to the FOS today....so will keep you informed of progress!!

I I have bought a few things from Marisota, just cheap things and paid for them straight away. A few months ago I rang to pay and they had added £12 late payment, it was only 2 days late so I said I wanted to pay the whole amount and close my account. Since then they ring me three times a day and even get their accounts dept to ring me, and now the account is £87. tzrt I am an OAP but still they persist, I will not pay as I dont owe them anything but they are crooks and still persist in trying to intimidate me. No luck there as I went through the Bli tz.
