a couple that we love and they are

cooked pasta mixed with 2 tins baked beans and chopped up cooked sausage all mixed in together. sometimes we have grated cheese on top.

and also left over cooked chicken mixed into pasta with cooked brocolli and a garlic and herb dip mixed through. again sometimes served with grated cheese.

they are both really quick and yummy

A quick recipe is to cook the pasta, halfway through add some sweetcorn, drain then mix in a tin of tuna, spices (I use cayenne pepper) and salad cream to moisten. V quick and tasty, and you can put grated cheese on top too.

I also do pasta with green pesto and grated cheese; you can add chicekn to this too to make it more substantial, or roasted veg, or both.

Onions, garlic, chicken and tinned toms is nice. I also do this risotto rice to make, er, risotto.

Bacon bits and garlic in tinned toms is lovely and works well the next day as a cold lunch.

Carbonara - bacon bits fried, add milk and creme fraiche and an egg mixed in a bowl beforehand together with hot cooked pasta, stir till it thickens a bit.

Bolognese - mushrooms, onions, garlic and mince in tinned toms. Add some peppers and kidney beans to turn this into chilli (with rice obviously)

Chicken, onions, peppers and sweetcorn cooked in some water with spices and gravy granules/stock cube makes a tasty meal too. I have it with fusilli or penne.
