Guide to becoming a landlord

Hi I wonder if anyone can help,
We're considering switching our current repayment mortgage to a Buy-To-Let, and renting the house out.
Can anyone suggest any on-line guides or books that have been useful in offering guidance to becoming landlords?
I'm hoping to find things I may not of heard of, estimated costs, tips with regards to the tax elements and things like that
Can anyone recommend anything?

Without any doubt have a look at www.landlordzone.co.uk and also read David Lawrenson's book and website www.lettingsfocus.com0

Join a landlord's association and attend some of their workshops - apparently all tax deductible.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Many thanks for the input.

I think I'll do some reading of the above, and then perhaps pay to go on a (introduction to becomming a landlord) course provided by a landlords association.
Thanks again!0
