Samsung £50 cashback promotion Xmas 2003

Samsung have still not paid me my £50 cashback. I did a search to see if anyone else has had problems: there were LOADS of threads, nothing I could spot about complaining.

They are taking weeks to reply to my e-mails, and although I supply them with the information they request they still deny my claim.

I even had to reactivate the spammed to hell e-mail address I used when I signed up to the samsung club.

HELP!

I had to resort to sending up to 20 e-mails a day to get their attention. In the end I was sent to their promo company who sorted it in the end. This is the name of the person who sorted it, maybe she will help you. annabel@thepartnership.co.uk I assume you kept a copy of the claim form, add this as an attachment and see what happens.
