psd pdf to bmp on a mac

i have a mac with photoshop on it, i cannot save files to bmp, which i need to do for a printer cutter...stikka 15. i have been told it will not convert curves and uses something called vectors.

does anyone have any ideas what im on about and a solution.

Hi bat999. new on a mac, but when i have the file open and go to save as, the option to save as bmp is not there. are bit maps a windows based file type. i have managed to do it by downloading a conversion program trial for the wifes laptop, then which did psd to bmp. what a performance.

Open the file in Preview, go to File and Save As, and then in the format box, select "Microsoft BMP".
