Why does time always pass quicker on here than it does whilst cleaning!

Have vacuumed and spot cleaned rug which has had same mark on it since Christmas Day!!!!!!!

Might even have to wash windows - double yuck - I hate it!

Yes please, I would like to get a template letter to write cc. Please help me on this matter. wanted to write to the CC companies to freeze the interest and accept the reduced final settlement. I can say I am in financial difficulties- I am unable to pay the minimum payment. Any type of letter so that, they will agree to your proposal.

I am sorry Victor I never wrote to CC companies asking them to freeze interest so I do not have a template letter.

Perhaps if you go CCCS website they might have one.

Two sets of windows cleaned - we have Georgian Sash Windows with shutters, 3 sets in each room - bought the house because I loved them - but God do I hate cleaning them!

Wood work in living room washed down - yucky yuck

It does make me feel better when I write down what I have done - greater sense of achievement, saddo that I am!

I'm very impressed with your window cleaning efforts. I've been in my house for nearly 2 years and I think I cleaned one of the windows once... my excuse is that there's little point because my son gets them filthy again as soon as they're done... and I'm sticking to it!!!

Thank You Annie - I am always amazed that anyone reads my diary because I really do type as I think and quite often before I think!!

We got a flyer thru from window cleaner, which is a shock because we live in a very rural area. I am so tempted to call to get a quote but DH has pointed out that it will cost a fortune and I think he could be right!

He has also just said that I clean differently during TOTM - how bizzare!

I'm having new windows in just a couple of weeks, so I'll be damned if anyone expects me to clean MY windows between now and then!!

Hypno, we have been living here for 4 years and I think this may be the fourth time I have cleaned them!

I would love new windows but because we have to have them made by master carpenter etc etc they would cost approx £1000 each and there are 6 at the front of the house and 4 at the back so needless to say.........no windows for a while. Bit of a false economy really because, even with the shutters, the draught coming in in the winter is horrendous!
