Hey, Red: I had a thought about the pie making business. Do you have a local food college where they offer students work experience? Could you offer a couple of days a week to a student or someone that's interested in getting into catering so they see life from the self employed end of things? Also - and I may not have remembered this correctly, so apologies if I haven't! - is there another product you could offer to fill any gaps in Christmas & New Year dips in demand?? Hope you had an excellent time away from home.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Morning Red, hope the result was the one you wanted.
I've suscribed to your thread but I haven't worked my way through it yet. I've done my own diary now, I think it will help me move the debt quicker. It's quite theraputic writing it down and a good record too. Let's see how soon it can be done. Target is debt gone December 2010, (including paying for Christmas and not putting it on a 0% deal this year, unless one exists without the balance transfer fee!), savings repaid January 2011, proper (yes PROPER) SAVINGS sorted by Feb 2011. Wish me luck!0 -

It's the first time we got to the final in 16 years!!!! So massive deal!
Found Hotel - same one we stayed in last night but surprisingly even cheaper - £45 for one night - get paid tomorrow so will book it then because it is sure to get much more expensive in coming weeks!!
I have lost my voice, not surprisingly.
We also have E70 left from yesterday so not too many pennies to find for next game
Mr RMC now has to think of something he can sell with county colour on - maybe muffins or such like - never waste an opportunity to make more pennies!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
