Latest BG Bill - No cost breakdown shown - normal?
Options
Just had latest bill covering the last 2.5 months so quite high over the cold/christmas period. However for the first time I can remember it states the amount used (which is correct as I have provided both start and finish no.s) but then simply shows total amount of gas/elec used in £. No cost per unit, no breakdown whatsoever. Is this normal?
Also as the bill covers on 78 days, how do you work out how the dual rates have been worked out (i.e. upto 2680 at X and anything over 2680 at Y)

Thanks. Thats a nice little tool. Comes out within a couple of quid of what the BG bill is.
Regarding the lack of a breakdown on the BG bill though - is this normal?0 -
There have been a couple of threads on this subject.
BG have a computer glitch and the detailed breakdown has been missing on a lot of bills. It was on mine(on-line) but it is now showing in full.0 -
Is it an online bill? There is an issue with the PDF template on the website which will be fixed shortly.0

Would this glitch have effected all my historical bills? are the PDF's created fresh evey time I log in? Only asking as i checked back through my online bill history and none of them have unit rates (I've got 18 months worth of bills)0

Just checked back on some of mine and all are now OK!0 -
It's not showing on my November or February ones either. Typical when I'm trying to work out what to shift to.0
