I applied for the reward account Jan 6th
After much trouble, i get the account up & running on something like 6th Feb. They were going to send my card out, but then it never came, so i called & it came a few days later. As of [around] Feb 6th, all was well.
I've no cheque book i've just realised though. At what point should this be arriving? Should i give them a bell?

It used to arrive within 14 days of the card.
Did you ask for a cheque book with the account? I suspect it's not automatically offered these days, with so few cheques being issued.0 -
Yeah i did ask. I still use them now and then, so opted for one as it's handy to have than not have.0

You only get a book if you elect to have one at the initial application stage. But I'm sure they will oblige if you ask now.0
