Share Dealing Accounts - which one to use?

I am a total newbie to online share dealing but, through my work, have some shares to sell. We're not talking huge values so cost of sale is an issue.

I want to set up an online share dealing account - they seem to be a mixed bag!

Can anyone recommend a broker that is efficient and cost effective?

Is this a complicated exercise?

its possible your work has there shares already on a sharedealing platform e.g computashare , equinti , ask your HR for details , if you want to buy /sell shares then iii or ishares
