Hello and can you help

Hello There,

this is my 2nd post today, (the other is on another thread).

My sister advised me to reclaim my bank charges and with the help of this site I sent of all the right letters etc.

Just when I thought I might get some where the whole High Court thing kicked off and all I got was a letter saying that they would be in touch after the hearing.

I should have stayed on top of things but due to some very personal traumas I let things slide and I'm now wondering if I can still pursue them for some refund of charges.

Also I'm a wee bit confused as to what my current status/rights are.

Is there anyone out there who can advise me?

Many thanks,

GG
