Good Afternoon,
I'm sorry if I'm posting on the wrong forum but after searching the board I thought this might be the place to ask my question.
I bought an ex local authority property which had plans for extensive work to be carried out on it. (Flat in block)
I received my bill but said that until some major snagging issues were attended to I would be withholding payment.
That was over two years ago and no one has got back in touch with me to discuss payment.
My question is in two parts:
1) Do I contact them and offer to pay?
2) How long is this bill valid for?
